How it works
1. Send the profile
Pay for the backlog, then email us the client's Google or Yelp profile link and a few tone notes (formal or casual, how to sign off, words to avoid).
2. We draft the replies
We write replies to up to 75 unanswered reviews. A person reviews every reply. Negative reviews get calm, specific replies that move the conversation offline.
3. You approve and post
Within 3 business days you get an unbranded document. You or your client approve and post. We never contact your clients.
Pricing and terms
- $99 per client backlog (up to 75 reviews), paid upfront through Stripe. More than 75 reviews: quoted before any work starts.
- Delivered within 3 business days after we receive the profile link.
- If you're unhappy with a delivery, tell us within 14 days and we'll revise it. If a revision doesn't fix the problem within those 14 days, you get a full refund of that order. If we can't deliver what you paid for, we'll refund you.
- We never write, buy or solicit reviews, and never post from fake accounts. Review policy
