This plain-language policy explains what ReplyRight collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us, such as your name, email, and business name.
• Public reviews on your Google Business Profile and Yelp pages, which are already public.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to write review replies for you, deliver them, talk to you about your order, and handle billing. We don't contact your customers, and we never write or solicit reviews.

Access to your profiles

Replies are posted only by your business or through access you choose to grant. If you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, we use that access only to post replies you approved. You can remove it at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the service (for example Stripe for payments and our email and hosting providers), or if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep order records as long as we need them for the service and for accounting. Email [email protected] and we'll delete your information, except what we must keep for tax or payment records.
