The service
We write draft replies to your existing public Google and Yelp reviews. A person reviews every reply. AI tools may help with first drafts.
What we never do
- We never write, buy, or solicit reviews, or offer incentives for reviews.
- We never post from fake accounts.
- Replies are posted only by your business, or by us through access you grant, and only after you approve them.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to reply on behalf of the business. You're responsible for reviewing replies before they are posted and for following Google's and Yelp's policies.
No guarantees; not legal advice
We don't remove reviews and don't promise any change in ratings, rankings, or revenue. Nothing we provide is legal advice, and we make no claims about legal, regulatory, or accessibility compliance. For sensitive reviews involving health, safety, legal, or privacy matters, check with your own advisor.
Payment, delivery, and refunds
One-time packages are paid upfront by card through Stripe and delivered within 3 business days after we receive your profile links. If you're unhappy with a delivery, tell us within 14 days and we'll revise it. If a revision doesn't fix the problem within those 14 days, you get a full refund of that order. If we can't deliver what you paid for, we'll refund you. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the current billing month.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
